This audio out your referring to I can only imagine you mean the audio out socket ( green) on the rear of your PC? Those have nothing to do with this bios beep sound ? The bios beep post beep and your sound card/ audio is two entirely different hardware and are not related if your talking about the beep you hear when you first boot. Willsherwood maybe I have misunderstood you, so if I may clear up that , Intel Z77RE75K Motherboard LGA1155 Z77 2x PCI-E USB3.0 3x GBLAN Thunderbolt ATX Is this what your motherboard and box looks like Unfortunately again you will need to refer to the motherboard or computers documentation to determine if your computer is setup this way. Some motherboards do not have an onboard speaker and instead use a computer case speaker that can be removed to disable the speaker. Unfortunately all motherboards are different, therefore you will need to refer to the motherboard documentation in order to determine if your motherboard has such a jumper and what to set it to. Many motherboard manufacturers have jumpers that when jumped or not jumped will enable the onboard speaker. If following the above steps does not disable the Internal speaker you can also almost always disable the Internal speaker through jumpers on the motherboard. So to refer to the guide I posted it explains the differences.
I just posted a screenshot of a motherboard speaker for illustration and also added not all mobo has this.
